Aurora Care is an Australian company dedicated to the manufacture and supply of evidence based skin care products.
In a market where pseudo-science and hype is the norm and the staggering choice of available options leave most of us confused we felt there was a need to provide a range of skin care that was rigorously evidence based. We reject the marketing practices of hyperbole, unproven and exaggerated claims and have spent our money and efforts on creating the highest quality, most effective products at affordable prices.
Our range of products focus mainly on aging skin, but also cater to younger skin and certain deramtological conditions.

Effectiveness
We adhere to the scientific evidence accumulated over the last 20 years to ensure maximum effectiveness of our products by using the most effective and proven ingredients and formulations. Products are manufactured to ensure optimal effectiveness, absorption and stability. With effectiveness comes, well, "effect"... That means that not all products and ingredients are appropriate for all skin types. We try to provide alternatives to increase the range of skin types and conditions that will benefit from our range, but in the end, we will not be all things to all people. For the 90% of the population for whom our products are appropriate, we aim to be the best.
Affordable (and without the pseudo science and hype)
Together with the outrageous claims and formulations used by so many manufacturers of skin care, there are outrageous prices that are charged. It might make us boring, but we are happy to focus on the proven and effective, not the bizarre and outrageous. We have spent our money on research and formulation, not on marketing. That means that we can provide the highest quality products at affordable prices.
Easy to use
We believe that "less is more" and that having too many products can be confusing. There is a fine line between increasing options and choice and being overcomplicated. In order to keep our range simple and easy to use, we focus on using only the proven and most effective ingredients.
Without nasties
We have made all efforts to exclude any known or potentially harmful or irritating ingredients. So obviously, no Parabens, Sulphates or Perfumes. But also, to name just a few, no potentially harmful sunscreen ingredients, no methylisothiazolinone, dioxanes, pthalaltes or Triethanolamine.
